Contract Liquidators Policies
General:
All Sales are FINAL - No Cash Refunds
No Refunds or Exchanges on Deposits or Special Orders
Customer must inform Contract Liquidators of any damage or defect to an item within 10 days of purchase. Contract Liquidators reserves the right to inspect & determine the cause of any and all claims of defect or damages. Contract Liquidators holds no responsibility for damage due to normal wear and tear or customer abuse. Contract Liquidators will provide service to repair most manufacturer defects & restore goods to merchantable condition. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES. Mattress/Box will not be accepted for return once removed from plastic. Necessary service will be performed at the discretion of Contract Liquidators, either in the customer's home or at our store. Customer shall be responsible for paying for all charges for repairs and transportation if not covered by warranty. Any item(s) sold "AS IS" voids any warranty. An additional 5 year warranty is available for purchase at an additional cost prior to pick-up or delivery. Our warranty program is provided through Montage, not Contract Liquidators.
Customer Pickup:
We will gladly help you load merchandise into your vehicle. However, we assume no responsibility for damages incurred to your vehicle or merchandise due to loading, fastening, or transportation.
Delivery Policy:
We will delivery your furniture to your place of residence and put items in the rooms you ask us to place them.
Set up and assembly of items is available for a small fee, please ask your Sales Associate about our services when scheduling your delivery.
Our Delivery Service Team is NOT responsible for removing old furniture, mattresses, or box unless authorized on Sales Order.
Our Delivery Service Team is NOT responsible for removing doors, door jams, windows, etc. to allow access to place of delivery. If our Delivery Team feels that damage may occur to the place of residence or item, they will ask you the customer to sign a Damage Waiver releasing our Delivery Service Team and/or Contract Liquidators of damage done to property or item.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to accurately measure space to make sure there is room for the items purchased. If an item is returned because it does not fit, customer can receive store credit towards another item only if item is undamaged. Customer will be charged a redelivery fee unless customer decided to pick up exchanged item.
Once a delivery date is scheduled, changes must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee. Failure to be present for delivery will result in a redelivery fee.
Someone 18 years or older must be present for delivery.
Layaway:
Contract Liquidators offers a 6 month price hold on items and will guarantee the sale price of any non-discontinued item, provided you complete the transaction within 6 months. If merchandise is not paid off within 6 months, sale will be voided and all deposit money will be forfeited. Layaway terms are subject to manufacturer's availability. In the event an item is no longer available, customer MUST re-select merchandise and use deposit towards its purchase.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON LAYAWAYS.
